How long does delivery take?

FTSS posts through Royal mail, posting the next working class day. You should recieve your items 3-5 working class days with 2nd class postage. 1st class postage should take 1-2 days. ( Please note 1st class is additional postage).
How do I return an item?

Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving item. if you wish to return, our return postage policy means you have to return within 7 days. Return postage is paid by buyer. Personalised/custom-made items are NON returnable. If any errors are made on FTSS' part of course it will be rectified and refunded or corrected straight away, free of charge. If items are returned as were sent, your refund should be with you between 5-10 working days.
